Fiesta Mathematics

The Fiesta Mathematica competition is an activity held in Ibra College of Technology. In order to support extracurricular activities in ASU we encourage our students to take part of such events to gain knowledge, skills and critical thinking abilities. ASU participated with a team consisting  under the supervision of (Dr. Jamal Salah & Ms. Marites Suarez). Among other events like Math exhibitions and short talk ASU team participated in two competitions: Math Hunt and Math 24; In both we won the 1^st runner-up prize. Our team has shown excellence in time management as the questions require critical thinking in short time. We are glad to such participations and we always encourage our students to enhance and expand their skills by competing other mathematicians from different HEIs. Congratulations ASU team .
